Enjoy all the benefits of the heat for total relaxation

Our spa

Our spa

Our spa combines all the benefits of Heat with those of Relaxation. We offer you a regenerating and extremely relaxing path between different types of Saunas and Turkish Baths, accompanied by emotional showers and cold tubs to refresh and tone your body.

You can round off your day of relaxation in the Area Relax on comfortable chairs, where you can listen to light, diffused music. There are a wide choice of herbal teas and some light snacks at your disposal.

Not suitable for people with cardiovascular disease, children under 14, pregnant women or people who have recently undergone surgical procedures.

Your wellness journey can be completed by visiting the thermal baths, or having a massage or beauty treatment.

Wet area

The Wet Area includes three types of Turkish Baths or Hammams.

The main function of these hot, steamy environments is to hydrate and purify the skin and to open up the respiratory tract.

Each treatment should be alternated with a few minutes in the cold tub or emotional showers.

Wet area
  • Steam bath with thalassotherapy 42 °: steam bath functions are combined with a vaporisation of sea salt (Thalassotherapy), which reproduces the pleasurable sensations and benefits of diving into a warm sea mist.

  • Herbal bath 60 °: in the herbal bath the heat, enriched by the beneficial properties of the herbs or medicinal products, creates a purifying effect on the respiratory tract and the skin without causing physical fatigue.

  • Calidarium with chromotherapy 42°: the Calidarium is an excellent pressure regulator and an essential therapeutic and preventative tool for respiratory conditions.

  • Cold tub and emotional showers: the cold tub is designed for use after the hot treatments, to cool down your body and tone the cardiovascular system. As an alternative to using the cold tub to cool your body down, we have also created an area of showers and waterfalls where you can experience new sensations in touch with the water.

We recommend a maximum stay of 8/10 minutes for each treatment

Dry area

Dry area

The Dry Area includes three types of Saunas.

The ancient practice of Sauna aims to eliminate excess body moisture, loosen the muscles, adjust blood pressure, and strengthen the immune system

The calming, relaxing effect on body and mind also follows through to outside beauty.

  • Hay sauna 65 °: the hay sauna is one of the oldest and most natural treatments, and is derived from the ancient peasant practices of resting on "hay beds". This detoxifies the body and relaxes the muscles. The vasodilation that this creates in the body enables the guest to absorb all the natural properties of the herbs and flowers.

  • Finnish sauna 80 ° - 100 °: the Finnish sauna uses dry heat at a high temperature to induce intense sweating in the body, causing the dilation of the pores, the elimination of toxins, the improvement of the muscular tone and obvious cardiovascular benefits.

  • Biosauna 60 ° - 70 °: the Biosauna, with a milder temperature and a slightly higher humidity than the Finnish Sauna, creates a relaxing bioclimate to warm the body slowly. This introduces beneficial cardiovascular fitness, and purification of the respiratory tract, skin and hair.

  • Kneipp Path: A walk on round river bowls immersed in hot and cold water, acting as a beneficial foot bath and a tonic to re-activate the peripheral circulation of the lower limbs.

  • Cold tub or emotional showers: the cold tub is designed for use after the hot treatments, to cool down your body and tone the cardiovascular system. As an alternative to using the cold tub to cool your body down, we have also created an area of showers and waterfalls where you can experience new sensations in touch with the water.

We recommend a maximum stay of 5/8 minutes for each treatment
